Jennifer Viano is the founder and Designated Managing Broker® of Town Center Realty, located in the heart of Downtown Joliet. A licensed REALTOR® since 2015, Jennifer has built her career on a strong foundation of leadership, professionalism, and client-focused service. With prior experience in management and consumer relations, she is known for navigating complex transactions with confidence while guiding clients through every step of the buying or selling process.
In 2022, Jennifer fulfilled a long-time entrepreneurial goal by launching Town Center Realty. As the managing broker, she oversees brokerage operations, mentors agents, and ensures that every transaction meets the highest professional and ethical standards. Jennifer has earned several industry designations, including GRI, C2EX, e-PRO®, PSA, and Short Sale & Foreclosure Resource certification, reflecting her ongoing commitment to education and excellence within the real estate profession.
Jennifer is also deeply involved in organized real estate and community leadership. She currently serves as President of the Three Rivers Association of REALTORS® Board of Directors and is a graduate of the Association’s Leadership Development Program. Throughout her service, she has chaired several key committees, including Bylaws and Finance, and has participated in strategic planning initiatives that help guide the organization’s long-term direction.
Beyond the brokerage and association work, Jennifer is actively engaged in local initiatives that support thoughtful growth and development in the Joliet area. Most recently, she has participated in the City of Joliet’s Equitable Transit-Oriented Development (ETOD) planning initiative, contributing real estate perspective to discussions focused on sustainable development and community revitalization.
When she isn’t helping clients, mentoring agents, or working on industry initiatives, Jennifer enjoys spending time with her family—often out on the boat or hosting friends. She believes strongly in building relationships, supporting her community, and continuing to grow both personally and professionally.
